The Cytoplasmic Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody (C-ANCA) test is a diagnostic procedure used to detect the presence of acute cytoplasmic antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies in the blood. This test is helpful in diagnosing and monitoring certain autoimmune diseases characterised by the inflammation of blood vessels.
